I will never forget how good Pagano's was to my family during such a trying time. From start to finish we were treated like family and the support that was given was truly amazing. My mother passed away this past Monday, we called Pagano's to begin the sad process of saying goodbye to her. They retrieved her remains from the hospital and then we found information, that put us in another direction, per her wishes. In trying to work out the details, Peter Pagano was as inflexible and rude as anyone could be. It seemed to us at this most difficult time he had dollar signs in his eyes and nothing more. And we were still left with an outrageous bill at the end at Paganos. Furthermore, there was absolutely no compassion as he continued to call and badger us as we mourned my mother and tried to carry out her wishes. It's all well and good if you are going to use their services, but if you change your mind, watch out. I guess they have learned nothing after all their years in business about treating people with respect.
Pagano Funeral Home is outstanding at the service that they provide. In 2012 we provided my brother with a funeral service at Pagano. The entire staff was accommodating, compassionate, and extremely professional. Unfortunately a year later my wife and I had a stillborn child. Pagano again was there for my family in our time of need, because our child was stillborn, a burial was required. Pagano provided the casket and transportation of our daughter free of charge. Words cannot express our gratitude to Pagano Funeral Home.
